family history of cancer . Beef or red meat used in this popular junk food is strongly linked to colon cancer risk. From colon cancer to bowel cancer, healthy bodies across the world never link intake of such meats to a healthy life. With lots of fats, salt and preservatives in them, these foods could be your enemy if cancer runs in the family.
- Edamame: Edamame is usually counted under the healthy foods category. However, for people with a family history of cancer, this is another food that should be avoided at all costs. Rich in soy, this food is strongly linked to breast cancer risk. Although there is more research required in the aspect, it is best to stay safe than to be sorry.
- Fried fish: Fish is one of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids and is often thanked for its anti-cancer effects on health.
