“With the AI summit, we are seeing very strong demand across all room categories, including suites,” said a senior executive at a leading five-star hotel in central Delhi. “We are close to being fully booked on multiple days, especially February 19 and 20. Another general manager from a prominent hotel near Connaught Place noted that room rates during the summit have increased by approximately 30 to 50 percent compared to other dates in February. “This is largely demand-driven pricing.
