    Goa Nightclub Fire: Delhi Court Denies Immediate Relief to Luthra Brothers

    A Delhi court on Wednesday refused to grant anticipatory bail to Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra, owners of the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub in Goa, where 25 people died in a massive fire. The brothers, who fled to Thailand shortly after the tragedy, claimed they were merely licensees and alleged a "witch-hunt" by authorities. The court asked the prosecution to respond and listed the matter for Thursday, while Goa police, in coordination with the CBI and Interpol, continue efforts to bring the brothers back to India under a Blue Corner Notice.
